A project coordinator is a member of the project management team who supports project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team.

Key responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the project manager and team members
Preparation of content, presentations, and communications for internal and external
purposes, in direct interaction/alignment with various stakeholders
Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays
Conduct data entry and database management related to project activities
Coordinate project team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members
Continuously monitor and improve project processes and procedures
Take on ad-hoc tasks as required to support project success
Convert work requirements into tasks within the scope of the project.
Verify that all project works are completed with the agreed quality.
Monitoring the progress of projects and preparing reports on the achievements made on the projects.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and ensure that documentation is up to date and accessible to team members
Use the various tools to monitor working hours, plans, and schedule deadlines.
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Requirements :
- Fluent In English is a must.
- Bachelor degree.

Minimum 1 year of experience in project management and have assisted project managers on one or more projects
Strong time management and organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
