ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of New Product Introduction.
The role is responsible for coordination of deployment of locally driven New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
Reports to: Area NPI Manager
Geographic Scope: DRBU
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Coordinating the deployment of locally driven New Product Introduction projects and initiatives, in particular those related to pricing and regulatory activities
- Using a project management approach to define timing, volume, cost and quality within assigned projects and initiatives
- Leading a project team situated in multiple locations
- Ensuring lessons learned from projects are identified, shared with relevant partners, and improvement plans are developed with clear ownership and implemented

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- At least 1 year of experience either in marketing, production or supply chain area gained in an FMCG environment.
- You have already coordinated at least 1 project.
- Proficient spoken and written English skills.
- The project management and analytical skills are your great asset.
- You are an effective communicator and presenter across a diverse audience base.
- You feel comfortable collaborating in virtual, cross-functions teams and dealing with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.
- University degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
