Job Description
You are responsible for technical supplier management of new semiconductors (Si IGBT/diode/SiC MOSFETs) for their application in Bosch power modules.- In our project team, you bundle the technical and organizational requirements for the semiconductor components and represent the module development in supplier meetings.
- In alignment with purchasing and quality assurance, you will accompany the award and component approval process up to the start of series production. You address any questions and tasks that arise in the project team and from suppliers and ensure that the results are documented.
- If deviations occur during the development phase or in series, you support the problem solving with measures with your technical expertise.
- In the context of component changes, you will carry out impact analyses, derive necessary measures and investigations to secure the change and actively accompany the change process.
Qualifications
Education: University degree (master/doctorate) in physics, semiconductor technology, microsystems technology or a comparable course- Personality and way of working: communicative, able to work in a team, able to coordinate and drive topics
- Experience and know-how: Experience regarding the release and quality assurance of power semiconductors desirable
- Qualification: knowledge of the physics of semiconductor components and their characterization; knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Enthusiasm: high willingness to work independently and across departments in a complex environment
- Languages: Business fluent Chinese and English skills, both written and spoken
